As an event attendee you will need to accept all risk and adhere to the published rules in order to attend the festival on event day. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Starfish Junction Productions, LLC, its partners, its sponsors, and venue hosts.

Cleaning Protocols
· Frequently touched surfaces will be regularly cleaned and disinfected.
· Guests and staff are encouraged to wash their hands frequently.
· Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout Belmont Park for guest and staff use.

Cashless Transactions
· To limit cash handling and reduce contact between staff and guests, select areas will only accept credit card or digital payment methods. These areas include select concessions, parking and ticket sales locations.
